FSW Group Fitness Schedule

Don’t have a workout plan? Not sure what to do? Come join us at the FSW Fitness Center to get your rec on! Not only is the use of our Fitness Center FREE to students and full-time faculty/staff, we also offer FREE Group Fitness classes! So if you are unsure of what to do and want a quick calorie-burning workout, come sign up for a class. We offer a variety of classes from boxing, kettlebell, interval training, functional movement, to yoga! For your convenience, please bring a water bottle with you to the classes.

When coming to the Fitness Center make sure to bring your Buc Card, this is your ticket into the gym. We are all about your safety and the safety of others, so please wear athletic clothing and close-toed shoes. For health reasons please do not wear any cut-offs or altered t-shirts that fall underneath the armpit and/or display a lot of skin. We also welcome friends and family members! They must bring their License/I.D. and $5 for a day-time guest pass.
